How to pick a THC gummy
Gummies look alike on the shelf, but the numbers on the label are what matter. Here's what our staff check first, and what we'd suggest you check too.
- Milligrams per piece. This is the number that tells you how strong one gummy is. Don't confuse it with the total for the whole pack.
- Milligrams per pack. Useful for comparing value between brands.
- THC type. Look for "delta-9 THC" from hemp. If the label uses a cannabinoid name you don't recognize, ask us before you buy.
- A lab report (COA). Good brands print a QR code that links to a third-party lab test for that batch. Here's how to read one.
- Your plans for the day. Edibles take longer to kick in than most people expect and last longer too. Don't drive after using them.

A note on Texas and federal rules
Hemp rules are changing fast. Federal law caps finished hemp products at 0.4 mg of total THC per container starting December 11, 2026, which would take most THC edibles off the market nationwide unless Congress acts first. Our shelf follows the rules in effect on the day you visit. See Texas THC laws in 2026 for what has changed.
